About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Dynatrace System Administrator to join our observability team supporting the Client's end customer. You will work alongside experienced Dynatrace professionals, contributing to the service management and continuous improvement of our observability platform. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Dynatrace knowledge who is eager to grow their expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations of the Dynatrace observability platform.

Manage incidents and service requests related to monitoring (e.g., network creation, addition of new monitors).

Assist in platform evolution projects and contribute to service improvements.

Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Document procedures, configurations, and updates to ensure operational continuity.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of Dynatrace (essential) ability to handle basic administration tasks such as incident resolution and monitor configuration.

Understanding of observability concepts (metrics, traces, logs, monitoring best practices).

Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with ServiceNow (task and incident management).

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Familiarity with additional languages, such as Spanish.

General IT infrastructure knowledge (networks, servers, cloud environments).
