• Deploy and support CrowdStrike Falcon
• Support McAfee

Scope:

• CrowdStrike Falcon EDR
• McAfee antivirus

Activities

• Provide CrowdStrike support
• Provide McAfee support
• Manage CrowdStrike Falcon agent deployment on OT scope using Tanium Interract
• Monitor the agent's coverage rate
• Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams: application team, Monitoring team, Infrastructure team and local teams in the plants

Skills required

• Knowledge of CrowdStrike Flacon
• Knowledge of McAfee antivirus
• Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, JIRA
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows et Windows Server
• Knowledge of Linux (Red hat, CentOS)
• Basic understanding of ITIL (RUN, CHANGE)
• Capacity to resolve issues and conflicts in a diplomatic way
• Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
