Overview: We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Field Service Admin with hands-on experience in managing field service projects and the ability to grow into a mentoring role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure the Salesforce Field Service platform to optimize field service operations.
  • Implement and maintain field service solutions, ensuring business needs are met.
  • Support junior team members in technical implementation when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation of developed solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service administration or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform components.
  • Knowledge of connectivity models and API integration.
  • Basic experience in supporting junior developers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Language: English (mandatory), Italian (preferred).
