Overview: We are looking for a mid-level Salesforce Field Service Admin with hands-on experience in managing field service projects and the ability to grow into a mentoring role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure the Salesforce Field Service platform to optimize field service operations.
- Implement and maintain field service solutions, ensuring business needs are met.
- Support junior team members in technical implementation when necessary.
- Maintain documentation of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service administration or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform components.
- Knowledge of connectivity models and API integration.
- Basic experience in supporting junior developers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Language: English (mandatory), Italian (preferred).
