LOCATION: Bucharest (Romania)
DESCRIPTION
Main tasks of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Support the Production of our assets for our customers throughout the CEE.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Release Management and other departments in order to resolve high complexity issues.
- Monitor the status of the service, incident management, problem management with root cause identification, performance analysis, service availability (ITIL processes).
- Proactively propose solutions to improve the service KPIs
- Produce and maintain documentation (incident reports, root cause analysis, various other reports)
- Define, maintain, and evolve technological standards and guidelines
- Provide consultancy to our customers.
- Understand the complex technological multilayer architecture landscape and support to identify weak points
REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with web-based applications, understanding performance problems, diagnosis, and resolution of issues
- Good problem-solving skills, eager to understand E2E flows and systems
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, operating systems (UX based), internet protocols and computer networking. A plus: SNOW, SPLUNK, DYNATRACE
- Open minded, fast learner, open to new technologies, good verbal and written English skills; good communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and often context switching, with a focus on customer satisfaction and commitments to deadlines
- Experience in working and providing support in 24x7 environments.
