Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (3+ years) Sales Cloud/Service Cloud

Location: Bucharest, Romania, and surrounding cities

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and support critical Salesforce initiatives for clients. This role involves analyzing complex business requirements, defining effective Salesforce solutions, and working closely with both clients and technical teams to drive successful implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in business analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem, sector-specific knowledge (energy and utilities experience is a plus), and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and Salesforce user stories, collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and other team members.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand client requirements, identify process improvements, and recommend Salesforce solutions that align with best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and requirements specifications.
• Support project managers by contributing to project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate end-user training, and provide ongoing support during project deployments.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to advise clients on optimizing their CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Bucharest and nearby cities as required.
• Salesforce Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the energy and utilities industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the regulatory and operational landscape of industries such as energy and utilities.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management and documentation tools.
• Previous experience working in a consulting environment or with Salesforce implementation partners.
• Experience conducting data analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
