Data Engineer

• Participate (design & development) in the migration process from on premise solutions to GCP ecosystem:
  • o Design cloud based solutions
  • o Develop scalable and streaming data flows
  • o Integration of new data sources
  • o Data marts implementation
  • o Metadata based solutions and tools
  • o Develop and enhance PL/SQL ETL data flows
  • o Integration of tools in the area of reporting & analytics
• Align with different development teams the solutions defined
• Development, creation of the related functional and technical documentation
• Creates and enhances data solutions enabling seamless delivery of data and is responsible for collecting, parsing, managing and analyzing large sets of data
• Performance testing for the implemented solutions
• Testing and validation of the applications for production deployment
• Support operations teams in case there are issues identified in the production environment

Technical skills:

• Experienced SQL Developer
• Good understanding of ETL development
• Experience with Python, Airflow/Cloud Composer
• Experience with BigQuery
