Senior SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. AMS Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of SAP systems, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements.

2. Incident Resolution: Respond promptly to system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

3. Change Management: Coordinate and implement changes to SAP systems, ensuring adherence to change management processes and minimizing risks to system stability.

4. Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of SAP systems, implementing optimizations and best practices as needed.

5. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on system status and enhancements.

6. Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including developers,
analysts, and project managers, to coordinate support activities and ensure alignment with client requirements.

Requirements:

• > 5 years of experience
• SAP ECC- S/4 customizing
• Functional requirements analysis
• Build and execute Test Case
• End-user training
• Professional working proficiency in English 
• Nice to have: Italian language
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or relevant modules.
• Experience in other SAP modules (such as Fi or CO or PP/QM or SD, or EWM or HCM or ABAP programmer)
• Degree in Computer Science/Economics
