Scope:

• Acronis, VersionDog (Octoplan) and Bitvise apps

Activities

• Maintenance in Operational Condition level 2
  • Manage the Lifecycle of Changes / Incidents / Problems
  • Analyze and deliver resolution of incidents
• Upgrade activity:
  • Perform the deployment of new versions in the Renault Industrial Environment around the world
  • Create the necessary documentation (tickets / change requests / etc.) for upgrade campaigns
  • Schedule of the global upgrade campaign regarding the security and local requirements and limitations
• Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams: application team, Monitoring team, Infrastructure team and local teams in the plants

Skills required

• Knowledge of ACRONIS is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016 /2019), Linux (Red hat, CentOS) and VmWare ESX (6.5 and newer)
• Knowledge of NAS (Synology, QNAP)
• Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, JIRA
• Basic understanding of Network Concept
• Basic understanding of (RUN, CHANGE)
• Capacity to resolve issues and conflicts in a diplomatic way
• Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
• French is a must;
