About the job Project Manager
Technical Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, including at least 6 years in the banking IT sector.
- Proven experience in managing complex programs, with a solid track record as a Program Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff (both employees and contractors) and external consultants from organizations delivering financial or banking solutions (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
- Steering committee experience is mandatory. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise project updates, outline next steps, and escalate issues effectively to C-level stakeholders (e.g., Board members, CFO, CEO).
- Highly organized, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to design and formalize processes, report on progress, address implementation challenges, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with HP Quality Center and JIRA is considered a plus.
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments is an advantage.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
