QA Engineer (ATM/MFM/POS)

We have an amazing opportunity as part of our Delivery Unit, focused on solutions for all our Private individuals customers, both interacting with us in Branches as well as digitally, via mobile channels. Our core mission here is to enable our Business strategy of Building a digital bank with a human touch.

So now, we are planning to enlarge our cool team with a skilled and enthusiastic QA Automation Engineer... Our new colleague will be easily integrated into IT Delivery - Cards team.

We will do that with support from a highly motivated squad, working closely with all the team members - from Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps and so on - while keeping a close collaboration with the business lines on the projects of course 😉.

What you will do when you join us:

• design the Test Plan, test scenarios and test cases based on the technical and business requirements implemented for specific card applications and flows - both WEB and microservices/APIs
• prepare test data and execute the defined test cases
• report and record all discovered errors/bugs
• re-test the provided fixes and make sure that the issues have been resolved
• estimate the duration of tasks, prioritize them and identify risks
• update and maintain the test plan as defined and /or updated during testing new test cases identified
• maintain regression test suites
• identify and prioritize test cases for automation
• define, execute and analyze automation test results using test automation frameworks (preferably Java/Selenium/Playwright)
• provide support and collaborate with analysts and developers during the requirements implementation process and UAT testing
• provide support for test data preparation and execution of UAT tests
• investigate defects reported during UAT tests and follow them through the resolution workflow

What we are looking for:

• bachelor's degree or higher
• good command of English
• relevant work experience in testing role
• experience with testing methods and tools for tests automation
• good experience with Zephyr or another testing tool for test case management and defect tracking
• understanding of complex technical solutions and interconnected systems
• good experience with Postman/ReadyAPI/Insomnia, SOAPUI
• knowledge in using Putty, MQ/MQExplorer, Kafka Topics
• Database skills - T-SQL/ PL-SQL/ DB2 SQl, SQL, PL/SQL - write, optimize queries on Oracle, PostgreSQL databases
• proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

• experience working in an Agile environment (work sprint-based/ actively participate in Agile ceremonies/ literate in JIRA, Confluence)
• knowledge of card products/systems (credit cards, debit cards, Way4, e-Commerce, ATM/ MFM/ POS, digital wallet, etc) is a big plus
• banking experience and knowledge of specific business areas
