Senior Salesforce Project Manager Energy & Utilities

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead strategic Salesforce initiatives for our clients in the energy and utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex Salesforce projects, hold a PMP certification, and possess in-depth knowledge of industry-specific requirements. This role requires someone based in Bucharest who can collaborate closely with both clients and our internal team to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Salesforce projects for clients in the energy and utilities sector, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce analysts, developers, and other stakeholders, to align on project goals and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary.

- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards, leveraging your PMP certification to drive excellence in execution.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

- Manage project scope, resources, and expectations, balancing client needs with internal team capacity.

- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.

- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management team.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- PMP certification required; Agile and Scrum certifications are a plus.

- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role.

- Extensive experience managing Salesforce projects, with specific knowledge of the energy and utilities sector preferred.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom solutions.

- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Bucharest and travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with energy and utility clients on CRM or technology transformation projects.

- Familiarity with the regulatory and operational landscape of the energy and utilities industry.

- Experience working in a consulting environment or with Salesforce implementation partners.
