Overview

The Project Management Officer will be part of a central program and project management team in the banking sector, which is in charge of running activities for the entire CEE area.

The goal is having a performant governance team around all the PM based in different countries.

Responsibilities

  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Preparing meeting minutes and providing status updates to project manager
  • Support administrative tasks on project (organizing meeting, communication)
  • Create various reports (financial, project status)
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes
  • Support for the Project Management Team with reporting, budget tracking and execution
  • Act as a liaison between the procurement, financial and all the stakeholders on cross border
