About the job Agile Coach

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coaching: Provide coaching services to multiple IT Tribes Agile frameworks, emphasizing technical aspects of agility.

2. Technical Expertise: Leverage technical background to help teams understand how Agile principles can be applied in a way that aligns with their specific needs and challenges.

3. Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for way of working improvement within the organization's software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

4. Training & Facilitation: Design and deliver training sessions on Agile principles, practices, and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to teams, managers, and other stakeholders.

5. Change Management: Work with leadership to develop strategies for change management, ensuring that the organization's culture adapts to agile methodologies.

6. Metrics & Reporting: Embed in teams key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against them, and provide regular reports on team velocity, cycle time, lead time, and other relevant metrics.

7. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including product owners, development teams, QA engineers, designers, and etc.


Requirements:

1.Education: Masters's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2.Experience:

  • Min 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
  • Min 10 years in a Computer Science (technical expertise)
  • Proven track record of successful coaching engagements with technical teams.

3.Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure development methodologies, including Agile frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Familiarity with agile and version control systems tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab)

4. Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels within the organization.
  • Strong facilitation and training abilities.


Nice-to-Have:

1. Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

2. Familiarity with data analytics tools for metrics tracking and reporting.
