Leader Developer (eDOL)

Your mission

• Develops and document the Stories of the Sprint with other team members
• Create automated tests (unit, API, integration, function) in a continuous integration environment
• Lead the team and other discussions of technical solutions and product ideas in design reviews, pair programming, and code review; help team to master and grow technical skills and act as Technical Facilitator regarding all team members; work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the consistency of the technical solution
• Pilot the diagnostic and the resolution of complex issues and verify that the level of quality of the solution is in conformance with the quality objectives
• Provides guidelines and expertise on technology implementation design
• Ensures technical best practices alignment between teams and promotes new ones
• Identifies and selects project techniques

• Under the responsibility of the functional and technical architects, specifies the information system's functional and technical detailed architecture for the application scope for which they are responsible.
• Uses existing objects from the information systems map where possible.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or other relevant engineering
• Strong Java language skills (5+ years)
• Spring/Spring Boot framework familiarity (5+ years)
• Good knowledge of Microservices concepts and patterns
• Good knowledge of REST API concepts and ApiGee
• Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (or similar solution)
• Good knowledge of unit testing/integration testing
• Knowledge of relational (Postgres + Oracle) database, Strong SQL skills
• C / C++ or Pro*C skills are a plus
• Messaging and event-based systems (Solace or RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ or Kafka)
• Knowledge of relational (Postgres/Oracle) and non-relational (Redis) database
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
• Significant experience with Angular 4+ framework and TypeScript (2+ years)
• Expertise in front-end automated testing concepts and frameworks
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization
• Experience with usage of Generative AI tools (Copilot GitHub, GitLab Duo ..)
• Leadershipskills; manage the junior resources and develop the best practices
• Business sense; good knowledge of industry perspective
• Analytics skills; show interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements
• Methodological competence, e.g., agile software and test-driven development
• Strong drive and motivation
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), French is a plus

Desirable

• Familiarity with SCSS, Angular CLI, webpack
• French are highly appreciated

GCP certification is a plus
