Business Analyst (Lending Area)

Bucharest (Romania)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and define the functional requirements for the assigned project (s), design / plan appropriate solutions.
• Operate autonomously on the analysis, organization and consolidation of the collected information necessary to support the delivery of specific documentation (business specification, technical specification, proposed solution).
• Provides design elements for a system, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframe networks or other detailed results.
• Responsible for final functional validation and implementation of responsible solutions.
• Operates without supervision in a complex environment, supporting IT PM functions with inputs related to effort estimates, impact in other IT areas or needs to be involved.
• An expert in one or more fields understands other disciplines and knows how their own discipline affects them and vice versa.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis banking area
• Experience in Technical Analysis banking
• Team player attitude, innovative approach
• Good customer facing skills and good command of English both spoken and written
• Technical skills: JIRA, PL/SQL Oracle, PL/SQL Reporting Developement, Microsoft Visual Studio, HTML;
• Knowledge in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis through maintenance;
• Good structured programming technique, Debugging techniques, Unit Testing and Testing of application programs;
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of CEE language(s) would be a plus
• Knowledge of SQL language - medium level
