IT Risk Analyst - Compliance - (2500048R)

We are seeking to hire a skilled Operational IT Risk Analyst to help us with the follow-up and analysis of GDPR and other compliance topics on GTS Perimeter.

What you will do:

Ensure the establishment and proper implementation of Compliance process on the GCOO/ GTS perimeter:

• You will be involved in gathering GDPR relevant information about GTS applications/infrastructures/processes, processing of the information and compiling the information into a risk analysis;
• Perform Privacy by Design analysis for all services/ processes that imply personal data processing, in order to evaluate all elements of the processing and the necessity of performing or not of a Privacy Impact Analysis;
• Perform Privacy Impact Analysis, Transfer Impact Assessment, whenever necessary, in order to evaluate the risks related to all services/ processes that imply personal data, with the aim of minimizing them by implementing adequate security measures;
• Register and keep up to date the Data Processing Record by using a specific tool (One Trust);
• You will be responsible of declaring the Conflict of Interests incidents in GTS/SEC on the GTS perimeter identified together with their managers and perform actions related to BIA (Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Management) and PRU (User Fallback Plan);
• Produce operational, regulatory reporting and monthly dashboards related to your activity;
• You will also be requested to provide specific analysis/support on an ad-hoc basis to help Operational Risk Managers (ORM) in data crunching and analysis.

Profile

• Preferable graduate from IT University degrees, you have functional knowledge about IT infrastructure or risks/legal/audit/compliance in a banking environment;
• Understanding of GDPR, EU data privacy legislation and contract management;
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel);
• Ability to self-manage your workload by task prioritization;
• Knowing how to be synthetic and highlight important messages about your own activity in various presentations;
• Problem solving mindset and solution-enabler capacities;
• Client oriented, understand client issues and propose optimal solution assertively;
• Good communication skills, written and oral, in English (B2+) and French (nice to have).
