Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you are an experienced Salesforce Developer which also combines leadership skills to coordinate a delivery team with junior members. You deeply know Salesforce architectural concepts to identify and drive the best technical solution that meets business needs.

You will be accountable for:

the design and development of advanced Salesforce solutions, with high-performing and scalable implementations, in accordance with the best practices.

the respect of the team performances, in terms of deadlines and quality of deliverables, inspiring members to grow with coaching and training activities.

The role requires stand out technical leadership and communication skills at various levels: you will work with customers, distributed teams, 3rd party partners and competitors, reporting to the internal project management.

Minimum qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong Salesforce programming skills (Apex, Salesforce Lightning (Aura, LWC), web services)
• Experience in Salesforce technical design, analysis, data modelling
• Experience with Salesforce patterns and best practices
• Experience with Team management (3+ members)
• Knowledge of task management tools, versioning, and continuous delivery strategies
• English language, professional working proficiency
• Salesforce Certifications Developer I & II

Preferred qualifications

• Italian language, professional working proficiency
• Salesforce System or Application Architect Certifications
• Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms like MuleSoft, Heroku, or AWS
• Experience in the design of Salesforce scalable solutions
