About the job Application Consultant (Kronos)

  • Application consultants with 4-5 years of proven experience in implementing TimeKeeping & Accruals with the product UKG Dimension / Kronos Workforce Central (or ADP MyTime, it is the same Kronos product rebranded by ADP)
  • Passion for the configuration of the product. As Timekeeping & Accruals is quite complex matter, he/she will have to spent lot of time working with the system, being precise, creative and smart to find the best setup that should work for the customer.
  • Good outstanding and communication skill, as he/she will have to deal with HR Customer to:
  • get the requirements,
  • explain the solution he/she has set in the system,
  • convince the customer about the proposed workarounds when the product does not fit the requirements,
  • do training
  • conduct the UAT testing
  • get the approval from the Customer, that the work was well done.
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have, experience in implementing Forecasting & Scheduling module of UKG Dimensions / Kronos Workforce Central.
  • He/she will be engaged for:
    • Implementing Moncler Project in the following countries: Americas (US/Canada), Korea, China, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong
    • Providing Corrective Support and implementing Change Requests for the live countries in EMEA and JAPAN
