About the job Contract Manager
The Contract Manager shall:
(a) Ensure the day-to-day contractual oversight and coherent execution of all activities under the contract;
(b) Ensure that all deliverables comply with contractual requirements, are quality-checked and submitted within the agreed timelines;
(c) Monitor overall contract performance, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and supervise the work carried out under the contract;
(d) Manage the administrative and contractual processes, including documentation, reporting, communication and invoicing;
(e) Submit to the Client any action or measure requiring prior approval and ensure that no such action is implemented without approval;
(f) Maintain complete and accurate records of contract execution;
(g) Intervene at all necessary levels of contract performance and be empowered to enter into legally binding commitments on behalf of the Contractor;
(h) Monitor and ensure compliance with Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/25095 and applicable regulatory requirements;
(i) Coordinate internal and external audits related to the contract;
(j) Act as the main contact point for all contractual and operational matters and liaise directly with the Client.
Requirements
a) at least five years of experience in establishing and managing a similar payment service system of comparable complexity, scope, and scale
b) at least five years of experience with responsibility for the information technology infrastructure and the security of data at a similar payment service system
c) English level B2
