Junior Backup Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily backup administration tasks using Commvault.
• Support Veeam job creation, repository configuration, and maintenance.
• Monitor backup jobs to ensure successful completion and resolve basic issues.
• Maintain documentation of backup jobs, schedules, and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and improve backup processes.
• Support periodic data recovery tests and backup validation.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of backup and recovery concepts.
• Familiarity with Commvault or Veeam is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree or studies in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
