Integration Specialist – Microsoft Power Platform / REST APIs

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Power Platform and external systems.
• Investigate API connectivity, authentication and data exchange issues.
• Support Power Automate integration flows and connectors.
• Maintain secure integration configurations and credentials.
• Develop and test new integrations as required.
• Coordinate technical investigations with external service providers.

Required technical skills:

• REST APIs, JSON, HTTPS and integration troubleshooting.
• Power Automate connectors and integration patterns.
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Dataverse and SharePoint Online integrations.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and third-party API integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure integration services is an advantage.
