WORKPLACE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the development team (mainly DevOps engineers);
- Work in the AWS Platform and CI/CD Platform (Gitlab, SonarQube);
- Drive the standards and guidelines for these platforms;
- Evangelize and consult internally with project and product teams;
- Responsible for overall platform security and defining safeguards to assist cloud initiatives in aligning with security standards, as well as implementing proactive alert management;
- Ensure that the development team has a smooth and seamless development experience (avoid obstacles); balance and channel the distraction of the Platform's operational needs;
- Work closely with the AWS services team to address and track common needs and feature requests;
- As a team member, you align and collaborate with your colleagues and the development team on new challenges.
- Align with the Engineering Manager and Agile Enabler to increase overall team maturity.
WE REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL IN:
- Experience with cloud services (particularly AWS) and with cloud paradigms and serverless architecture (IaaS, PaaS, microservices architectures, continuous delivery);
- Knowledge in software development and the following programming languages: Python, Bash, and Java is a plus;
- Strong communication skills to consulting and management requirements;
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts such as AWS CloudFormation and/or AWS CDK;
- Experience using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and SonarQube is a plus.
