ABOUT THE COMPANY

Large global mobility industry based in Europe

WORKPLACE:

Lisbon or Porto, Portugal (Hybrid work)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure architectures based on AWS and web architectures, ensuring high availability, performance, and simplified maintenance;
  • Design and optimize AWS infrastructure for Data & Analytics (D&A) use cases;
  • Be responsible for validating high-level use case designs, including data models, APIs, and LLMs (Large Language Models / Machine Learning);
  • Maintain architecture documentation, including design standards, best practices, APIs, and cloud service configurations;
  • Manage IT processes throughout the lifecycle of use cases;
  • Work closely with various teams and business stakeholders, defining technical priorities and ensuring value delivery;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and evaluate new technologies and solutions to continuously enhance infrastructure capabilities, security, and efficiency.

WE REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL IN:

  • A complete bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum B2+ English level;
  • Relevant experience working with data infrastructure on AWS;
  • Familiarity with API design, data pipelines, frontend development, and key LLM techniques (knowledge in at least one of these areas);
  • Good understanding of security principles, encryption, access control, and regulatory compliance requirements;
  • A strong understanding of DevOps practices;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with different business and IT teams;
  • Solid understanding of fundamental business principles to support strategic decision-making;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in the automotive industry;
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS CDK using any object-oriented programming language;
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach when necessary.
