Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Real Estate Agent or Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, lead generation, and a solid understanding of the buying and selling process in real estate. If you are motivated, have excellent communication skills, and are familiar with tools like PropStream and CloseKit CRM, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients and build a strong lead pipeline through phone calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
- Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients through CRM systems such as CloseKit, tracking communication and progress.
- Market Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of real estate markets and be able to answer client queries related to the buying and selling process.
- PropStream: Utilize PropStream to analyze property data, generate leads, and stay informed about the market.
- Sales Process: Support clients through every step of the buying and selling process, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with the real estate buying and selling process.
- Proficiency with tools like PropStream and CloseKit CRM.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Real estate license (for agents) or prior virtual assistant experience is a plus.
- Virtual Assistant Experience of at least 1 year is a MUST
