  • Transportation: Arranging car rentals, shuttle services, or private transfers.
  • Activity and Tour Reservations: Booking tours, activities, and experiences based on client interests.

2. Customer Service & Communication:

  • Client Support: Answering questions about destinations, itineraries, or policies.
  • Troubleshooting: Helping clients with last-minute changes to travel plans, cancellations, or rebooking.
  • Travel Itinerary Management: Organizing complete itineraries and ensuring that everything is in order for the clients trip.
