Role Overview
The Sales Executive plays a key role in accelerating The Companys B2B growth. They are responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities within hospitality, coffee chains, corporate gifting, travel retail, and specialty retail sectors. The role requires a strong commercial drive, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate the companys artisan offer into tangible business solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify and approach new B2B clients: cafés, hotels, restaurants, concept stores, airlines, event planners, and distributors.
- Build a sales pipeline targeting strategic partners in hospitality, travel retail, and corporate gifting.
- Generate leads through market visits, trade fairs, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools, etc.).
- Schedule and conduct tastings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
2. Account Management
- Manage existing client relationships with a focus on retention, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure seamless coordination with the production and logistics teams to meet client delivery expectations.
- Monitor order frequency, client satisfaction, and payment follow-ups.
3. Sales Strategy & Performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories (Bakery, Cakes, Chocolates, Healthy Corner).
- Support the launch of new collections and festive editions (e.g., Diwali, Ramadan, Christmas).
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales tactics.
4. Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company embodying its values of creativity, excellence, and community.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions (e.g., SIAL, Gulfood, ISM Middle East).
- Promote sustainability and quality commitments as part of the brands value proposition.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in food service, hospitality, gourmet brands, or F&B manufacturing.
- Proven track record in developing and closing new accounts in Dubai
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Passion for gastronomy, pastry, and chocolate.
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
