Our client is a French-owned company based in Sharjah with nearly 30 years of experience in sourcing, distributing, and customizing global primary packaging solutions and fine fragrances for the perfumery industry.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in executing the marketing strategy through omnichannel communication, ensuring alignment with the brand image and company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Implement and manage social media strategies across all platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance; recommend improvements.
  • Ensure website content is regularly updated and consistent with ongoing communications.

Content Creation

  • Coordinate with external agencies to develop content aligned with marketing and communication goals.
  • Organize product photoshoots to enrich website and digital content.

PR & Events

  • Lead coordination of key annual events: Beauty World Saudi & Beauty World Dubai, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist in organizing other internal and external events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Draft and distribute press releases to secure coverage in specialized international press.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Internal Communication

  • Maintain and update the annual communication calendar; communicate plans internally.
  • Support organization of internal events to foster team engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage events and PR activities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for staying current with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
