Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Psychometrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessment services, conduct psychological evaluations, and contribute to the development of psychological testing materials. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality psychological support and services remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments using standardized tests and tools.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans.
• Provide consultations and feedback to clients, families, and educational institutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in psychometrics and psychology.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices in psychological assessment.
• Participate in training and workshops to enhance professional skills.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Psychometrician with 5 years of practice
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in administering and interpreting psychological tests is requested , related to recruitment missions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for remote assessments.
