Our client is looking to recruit his Brand Manager 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to Foodservice Premium Strategy:
    • Assist in developing long-term plans and budgets.
    • Develop and define the annual foodservice marketing plan.
  2. Manage Product/Brand Portfolio:
    • Oversee regional innovation projects and develop 360° launch plans.
    • Analyze brand performance, trends, and competition to provide recommendations for optimization.
    • Collaborate with market leaders to enhance brand development in terms of sales, profitability, and market share.
  3. Activate Premium Foodservice Network:
    • Develop an annual activation plan for the foodservice network.
    • Define communication strategies and develop media plans.
    • Co-manage digital strategy alongside digital activation leads.
    • Enhance sales tools and organize culinary events in the region.
  4. Recruit and Develop Local Chef Ambassadors:
    • Create signature recipes with local Chef Ambassadors.
    • Engage chef networks through events, demonstrations, and trade shows.
  5. Maintain Relationships with VIP Clients:
    • Develop a loyalty program strategy.
    • Organize specific events and services for VIP clients.
  6. Participate in Local Events:
    • Represent the company at prominent trade shows such as Gulfood

Required Qualities:

  • Strategic and Operational Vision: Ability to operate within an international context.
  • 3 years in similar role
  • Experience of the GCC market is required
  • MBA in marketing or equivalent
  • Autonomy and Challenge Orientation: Ability to prioritize various demands and work independently.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Market Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the Middle Eastern market.
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in English (B2 level) and Arabic is required; French is a plus.
