You'll be part of a fast-moving environment, collaborating with talented people who are passionate about making a difference for associations across North America.
What You'll Do:
As their dedicated SDR, you'll be at the forefront of their growth strategy, turning inbound leads into meaningful conversations. Think you're up for the challenge? Here´s what you'll get to do:
- Own your pipeline: Reach out to inbound leads (primarily from webinars) with 100+ calls per week and make things happen.
- Be a demo superstar: Book demo meetings and run initial product demos like a pro, showing potential clients why their platform is a game-changer.
- Master their tools: Utilize HubSpot Enterprise for CRM, call recording, and tracking, and use an AI-powered follow-up tool to keep prospects engaged.
- Think on your feet: Handle objections with confidence, navigate tough questions, and keep conversations moving forward.
- Work closely with the CEO: Collaborate directly with the CEO on key operational tasks, gaining valuable insights into the business and contributing to high-impact initiatives.
What the Team is Looking For:
They are seeking a driven go-getter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Here´s what you'll bring to the table:
- B2B SaaS experience: You've been in the trenches of the North American SaaS market and know what it takes to succeed.
- Confidence on calls: High-volume calling (100+ per week) doesn't faze you. It excites you!
- Presentation skills: You are a natural at running product demos and can communicate clearly, even in a virtual setting (Zoom is your playground).
- Quick thinker: When objections come your way, you're ready with solutions and can think on your feet.
- Junior to mid-level: The team will welcome junior or mid-level candidates, but they are especially looking for talent that stands out and has the drive to succeed.
