We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience in the HR field, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability and love to manage and coordinate documentation processes. As a People Partner, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, gaining valuable exposure to global networks and contributing to high-impact projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and manage agreements with contractors, clients, and software houses.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for internal team members as well as external contractors across various tools and platforms.
  • Oversee and implement recruiting buyout processes as needed.

  • Plan and manage HR-related activities such as vacation process, anniversaries, and celebrations.
  • Lead and execute document migration projects, such as transitioning workflows from Notion to ClickUp.
  • Maintain compliance and organization of client and contractor agreements.


Requirements:

  • Experience in HR roles, particularly in managing documentation and agreements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools like Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and oral.

  • You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working at a Recruiting Agency or Outstuffing Projects.

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR best practices.
