They have pioneered a solution that translates CAD data directly into ERP systems, enabling engineers to focus on what they do best: designing and building.
Currently, the team is looking for a Sales Development Representative, who can join their team full-time. This role is for someone who is naturally curious and eager to learn; someone who is coachable, open to feedback, and always looking for ways to improve. For someone, who is goal-oriented, motivated by hitting and exceeding performance metrics.
As their dedicated SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by fueling the sales pipeline with high-quality leads. This position is essential in establishing new business relationships, expanding market reach, and positioning the company as a leader in manufacturing integration solutions.

Your work will include:
- Outbound Prospecting: Engage in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and target ideal prospects, by using tools like ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately record and track lead interactions and progress within Pipedrive to ensure a structured follow-up process.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and the account management team, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Sales: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze prospecting data and metrics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to refine sales approaches.
- Target Achievement: Maintain a minimum of 2,000 outreach activities per month, including calls, emails, and messages, while striving to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Process Development: Contribute to the refinement of outbound strategies, given that this is a new function within the company, helping to structure and scale the SDR role effectively.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- At least 3+ years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative within outbound: cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation.
- Excellent English skills, both written and speaking. You had previous experience working as an SDR on international markets, using the English language.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Ability to handle rejection, persistently engage prospects, and refine approaches based on feedback.
- You are open to feedback, willing to learn, and eager to improve sales techniques and strategies.
- You are proactive and self-driven to work towards and exceed performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making.
- You are highly organized with strong time management skills, able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- You are available for 5 hours of overlap with US time between 10 AM - 6 PM EST.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in software sales, SaaS, or ERP.
- Understanding how the manufacturing sector works. particularly within manufacturing,
- Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
