Senior UI/UX Designer

An innovative US-based company engineered a bot that helps customers achieve high-accuracy lead qualification. Through its drag-and-drop automation builder, it is revolutionizing how users interact with AI chat, reducing AI distractions and making the process of generating prompts more dynamic and efficient.

With a strong back-end team in place, they are looking for a UI/UX Designer (with more focus on UX) to join them full-time. Your main task will be to transform their initial wireframes into designs in Figma that closely align with their brand identity and product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product lead to understand the desired functionality and behavior of the automation builder.
• Analyze and optimize the existing wireframes to enhance user experience and ensure the final designs align with the company´s brand identity.
• Create detailed designs in Figma based on the provided wireframes and functionality comments, focusing on UX optimization.
• Work closely with our front-end developer to ensure the designs are workable and can be translated into functional user interfaces.
• Participate in meetings with the product lead to discuss design concepts, receive feedback, and make necessary adjustments.

Main requirements:

• You have at least five years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of projects and web applications, especially in UX.
• You have excellent hands-on experience in Figma and a good understanding of design principles.
• You are able to interpret wireframes and transform them into visually appealing and functional designs.
• You have previous coding experience or an understanding of coding principles, which is preferred to facilitate effective communication with the development team regarding the feasibility of design implementations.
• You are demanding a high-quality design. You are available for 2-hour meetings and etc., within PDT business hours.

• You are proactive and can bring up creative ideas.

• You have a high level of self-management and proficiency in delivering tasks efficiently.
