A US-based company that specializes in handling online digital inquiries for motorcycle dealers. Originating from the motorcycle dealership business, they have transitioned their internal lead management processes into a marketable service. Their agents manage and respond to online leads on behalf of dealers, ensuring potential customers are engaged, and appointments are set to visit dealerships.

They are seeking a dedicated and personable Sales Development Representative (Lead Agent) to join our team. In this full-time role, you will respond to online leads through phone calls and text messages, engage with potential customers, and facilitate their journey towards visiting the dealership. This role is for someone proactive, helpful, and client-oriented who pays attention to the details, has a solution-oriented approach, and has a can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily lead tracking systems and processes within the platform and via RingCentral: quickly respond to new leads via text/call communications.
  • Engage leads through text and phone calls, utilizing provided templates to set appointments.
  • Establish and maintain a relationship with potential customers to guide them toward visiting the dealership.
  • Ensure proactive and timely communication with dealers via Ring Central.
  • Communicate with designated points of contact at dealerships to address inquiries about availability, colors, and other details.
  • Ensure all lead information is accurately entered, up today, and tracked on the platform.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest.
  • Attend and participate in training and development sessions, bell meetings, and weekly one-on-one with the Performance Manager or Team Lead.
  • Identify new opportunities and innovative concepts.
  • Support and/or lead projects as they arise.

Key skills and experience requirements:

  • Previous experience working in customer service or sales remotely.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English for conducting oral and written communication with the team and leads.
  • Personable and able to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Detail-oriented with solid self-management and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, able to effectively communicate in various settings.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to meeting customer needs and monitoring satisfaction.
  • Strong work ethic, maintaining ethical standards, and acting with integrity.
  • Proactive, showing initiative in seeking and seizing opportunities.
  • Collaborative, able to work well within a team and share information effectively.
  • Availability working 8 hours shift (9 am - 6 pm pm Mountain Standard Time) Wednesday - Sunday.
