Product Manager with Business Analysis skills

Our client, a small yet fast-growing SaaS company in the asset and inspection management space, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of its platform. With a remote-first culture, its teams span the UK, Europe, and Latin America, providing a flexible and collaborative environment where you can truly make an impact.

The company's software is used across multiple industries, including utilities, infrastructure, Rescue and Emergency, and renewable energy. It helps enterprises ensure compliance and security by enabling regular asset inspections. Their platform includes a web app for administration and two mobile apps designed for field inspections, creating a full end-to-end solution for industries that require constant asset monitoring.

As the Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of defining and executing the product roadmap. Working closely with the CEO, CRO, Head of Engineering, and a global development team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the product, driving innovation in industries critical to infrastructure and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to define, update, and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Feature Documentation, Prioritization & Estimation: Work with internal teams, customers, and channel partners to collect feature suggestions, analyze them, and prioritize based on business impact. Own the creation of user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work with the team to clarify questions and perform estimations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate roadmap progress and feature developments to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use product data to inform strategic decisions, guide feature development, and measure post-release success.
• Team Leadership: Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members, provide guidance and feedback, and lead performance reviews.
• Product Release & QA Management: Oversee product releases, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in using product management tools like JIRA and ProductBoard.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working UK hours, with a highly self-managed and dependable work style.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with enterprise software or in regulated industries, especially those involving inspection compliance.
• Technical background or familiarity with data systems and databases.
• Understanding of the energy, infrastructure, or emergency services sectors.
