The client is hiring a Head of Product to lead their product strategy and execution. This person will align business goals, design, development, and customer feedback into one unified product roadmap. This role is about building not just a product but an entire ecosystem of feature-led growth, operational excellence, and client-centered innovation.

The Role:

As Head of Product, you will define, manage, and deliver a product roadmap aligned with the client's aggressive growth targets and customer-centric mission. You'll work with Product Owners, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure we ship high-impact features that drive adoption, retention, and client success. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage SaaS, moves fast, and can rally cross-functional teams around clear goals and tight execution.
You will oversee product development, own prioritization, run daily standups, and ensure their clients feel the impact of every sprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CS to reduce churn and increase retention. Identify usage patterns that lead to drop-off, and work with Product Owners to build features that improve long-term engagement.
  • Improve the in-platform onboarding experience to reduce time-to-value and increase early user activation. Align onboarding flows with CS goals (1-day onboarding, 2-week payment activation).
  • Support the creation of customer-facing release notes, feature announcements, and in-app guides.
  • Ensure features are well-positioned and easy to adopt for end users and the sales/marketing team.
  • Implement systems to track feature usage, adoption, and NPS trends and use this data to inform roadmap prioritization and product iteration.
  • Own roadmap delivery from idea to live including design, dev, and feature adoption.
  • Prioritize and plan quarterly work to meet feature goals, deadlines, and growth metrics.
  • Ensure Product Owners and Designers have fully defined requirements, prototypes, and specs before development begins.
  • Lead daily product standups and coordinate across product and engineering for progress and accountability.
  • Partner with Customer Success to document and quantify customer feedback, and integrate it into roadmap prioritization.
  • Triage, track, and oversee the resolution of bug tickets with appropriate urgency
  • Implement systems to track feature usage, adoption, and NPS trends and see this data to inform roadmap prioritization and product iteration.
  • Establish visibility into releases that prioritize feature adoption.
  • Shape and influence the long-term vision for the platform (2026 roadmap).
  • Build and scale a team to match customer growth and feature development.

Results:

  • Increase active client count from 45 to 396 active customers in 2025.
  • Achieve 55+ NPS by delivering customer-led product improvements.
  • Increase adoption of feature releases.
  • Product Design: Ensure all features in the 2025 roadmap have clear, CEO-approved design requirements.
  • Oversee team performance benchmarks, including:
    • 95% on-time ticket deployments.
    • 1-day triage for high-priority bugs.
    • Quarterly features and enhancements are launched on time and in scope.
    • 90% of customers migrated and are processing payments within 8 weeks of onboarding.
    • Customer support response time: 12 hours.
    • 90% payment activation within 2 weeks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Product leadership role at a SaaS or tech startup (CRM, fitness tech, or B2B platform experience ideal).
  • Proven success in owning and delivering full product roadmaps in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
  • Experience aligning teams across product, design, engineering, and customer success.
  • Strong grasp of feature tracking, NPS, adoption metrics, and roadmap planning.
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Figma, analytics, and feedback platforms, ability to communicate clearly, rally teams, and move quickly with confidence.
  • Action-oriented, hands-on, fast-moving, and results-driven doer over talker.
  • Experience in fitness tech, SaaS for small businesses, or the gym ownership space.
  • Has scaled a product from <$20K MRR to $100K+ MRR.

Logistics / Travel:

  • Travel at least two times per year is required.
