Skilled FS JS Developer (Node + React/Angular/Vue)

Their AI-powered voice platform connects care providers with millions of vulnerable individuals, automating critical check-ins at scale with human-sounding, proactive calls.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain the platform (Bubble + AWS + custom code)
• Build and optimise APIs, webhooks, and new AI-driven integrations
• Automate workflows aggressively to maximise efficiency
• Improve scalability and infrastructure reliability
• Shape UX and product design decisions alongside the founder
• Own technical direction, you will not be micromanaged
• Write clean, well-documented code and workflows that scale

Main Requirements:

• 3-5+ years full-stack development experience (Node.js, React/Angular/Vue)
• Daily use of AI-first coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Loveable, etc.)
• Strong API, backend automation, and infrastructure knowledge
• Hunger to learn new tools and push boundaries fast
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to work a continuous 8-hour block (preferably US or LATAM hours)

Bonus Points

• Experience with low-code platforms (especially Bubble.io)
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or voice tech
• Experience in SaaS or early-stage startups
• Past leadership or ownership of product features
