Skilled FS JS Developer (Node + React/Angular/Vue)

A fast-growing UK-based SaaS startup in the healthcare technology space is on a mission to ensure no one falls through the cracks. Their AI-powered voice platform connects care providers with millions of individuals through proactive, human-sounding phone calls, automating critical check-ins and enabling support at scale.

Already working with leading providers in the UK and US, and now they're expanding their platform, improving performance, and building out AI integrations.

Their company is scaling and growing its infrastructure, and they are looking for an Experienced FS JS (Node+React/Angular/Vue) Developer who can join their team full-time.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup environment, enjoys working with both custom code and low-code tools, and is eager to take on increasing responsibility as the team expands.

Main Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will have a direct impact on the product by working closely with the founder, who built the core of the current platform. You'll help improve scalability, resolve integration challenges, and accelerate development velocity as the platform continues to grow.
• Lead and maintain the platform built between Bubble and AWS.
• Build and optimise APIs, webhooks, and AI integrations.
• Help to improve infrastructure reliability and scale the system.
• Collaborate on feature design, UX decisions, and product strategy.
• Work closely with the founder on the roadmap and technical direction.
• Write clean, reliable, and documented code and workflows.

Main Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of full-stack development experience - JS frameworks (Node; React\Angular\Vue).
• Experience with Bubble (or equivalent low-code platforms is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, automation, and backend logic.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and take ownership of projects.
• Great communicator in English, comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous team.
• Availability to work in a block of 8 continuous hours, aligned with US hours (EST).

Nice-to-Have:

• Interest in voice tech, AI, or health/care systems.
• Past experience in SaaS or startup environments.
