About the Role
As a Project Manager at Connection Systems, youll begin with an intensive internal training program featuring a steep learning curve. Youll be thoroughly trained in the companys work processes while collaborating closely with colleagues in sectors like ANPR (license plate recognition) and enforcement, including travel time measurements, crowd monitoring, and area enforcement. By shadowing your team, youll become an integral part of the project team and gain hands-on experience with the unique characteristics of various technologies and systems. In this role, youll oversee the preparation, execution, and delivery of projects of varying duration, size, and complexity. Throughout the entire project lifecycle, youll act as the main point of contact for clients, project partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelors level education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects across the organization, closely monitoring progress.
- Plan and organize with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure clear communication with clients and colleagues to achieve project success.
- Accurately document projects and agreements in the ERP system to meet deadlines.
- Identify risks and address obstacles in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage and guide technicians, both on-site and remotely, to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing the needs and feedback of stakeholders.
- Implement new (IT) technologies and processes to continuously innovate and improve efficiency.
