Experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This unique position requires a blend of technical expertise in software testing and quality assurance, along with strong interpersonal skills for pre-sales activities.

Verantwoordelijkheden
Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure our clients' products' quality and functionality.
• Manage all aspects of the testing process, including planning, execution, and documentation.
• Lead a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to achieve testing objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing methodologies into the development process.
• Analyze test results, report on testing progress and issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work with Noesis QM & DEVOPS Center of Excellence to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Pre-Sales Activities:

• Work with the NL Sales/Account team, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our services can meet their requirements.
• Work with QM & DEVOPS Center of Excellence to prepare and deliver presentations and demos to showcase product features and capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.

Vereisten

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
