The Junior Associate plays a vital role in supporting senior team members with daily tasks and ongoing projects. Key responsibilities include conducting research, performing data analysis, and generating reports and presentations. The Junior Associate also actively learns and applies company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. This role is instrumental in maintaining smooth workflow operations and contributes to the overall success of the team through proactive collaboration and a strong focus on accuracy efficiency, and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals.
- Conducting market research and gathering relevant data.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assisting in the development of presentations and reports.
- Participating in training and skill development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., PR, Marketing, Communications) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Preferred experience as a PR assistant or in a similar support role within the marketing/PR industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Preferred experience as PR assistant or similar position.
- Understanding of PR and marketing concepts and practices.
- Willingness to follow industry trends and current methods.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Well-organized, and able to work within deadlines.
