We are searching for a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for shooting high-quality photos, videos, Matterport tours, and drone footage of our real estate listings. You will also play a key role in developing and executing our content strategy across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, our website, and newsletter.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality photos, videos, Matterport tours, and drone footage of real estate listings
• Shoot and edit short and long-form videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website, newsletter)
• Assist real estate agents and brokers with content creation initiatives
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, website, newsletter)
• Manage and understand social media platforms and the full sales funnel, including CRM and newsletter platforms
• Create content in both short and long formats
• Craft a personal Content Mission Statement and Vision Statement
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications

• Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines
• Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Real estate videography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
• Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
