Mid-Level UI/UX Designer (Hybrid)

Bayantech is excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer within our organization. This role aims to bridge the gap between junior and senior designers, providing a platform for growth while contributing significantly to the enhancement of user-friendly and visually striking designs. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital interfaces.
• Create design solutions that align with user goals and business objectives.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across various projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
