Job Overview:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in localization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of localization projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and analyze client projects, jobs, and quotations to understand their requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources, and quality control.
- Create and manage localization project budgets, perform cost tracking analysis, and ensure the timely issuance of purchase orders, invoices, and work reports.
- Identify and solve localization issues or disagreements, whether related to systems or products and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Present regular reports to clients, corporate offices, and peers on project progress, forecast work status and escalate issues as needed.
- Actively participate in corporate management meetings, providing valuable data and project information.
- Continuously expand knowledge of localization trends and news through active participation in relevant training opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination (preferred in Localization).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain the localization life-cycle to clients.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in project planning, resource management, and risk management.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Quality and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong team player in a multi-language and multi-cultural environment.
