Senior People and Culture Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

At BayanTech, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the company's organizational culture, employee experience, and talent development strategies. You will be responsible for HR-related tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and implementing initiatives that align with the company's vision and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Foster a thriving work culture by implementing engagement and recognition programs.
• Oversee learning and development programs that support employees' personal and professional growth.
• Manage the company's performance review process, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
• Work with managers to develop performance improvement strategies for underperforming employees.
  
• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to enhance workplace culture.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
• Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.
• Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in an HR or people management role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
