    • Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
    • Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.
    • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-6 years of experience in an HR or people management role.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
    • Fluency in English is required.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
