Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

• Prospect and target new clients/opportunities in global markets.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote BayanTech's services by addressing and predicting client objectives.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines.
• Provide quotes for customers and follow up to convert them into projects.
• Evaluate and process RFPs as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree required.
• 0-3 years of experience in full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).
• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales productivity tools/software is preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work across various industries and adapt to different company cultures.
• Strong ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
