Senior Accountant Receivable

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

- Review and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.- 

Prepare aging reports and accounts receivable analysis for management. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address billing issues.

- Perform monthly and year- end closings related to accounts receivable. - Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations. 

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.                       - At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.        - Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit control, and cash flow management.                                                                                               - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.                              - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.                                         - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
