We're seeking a talented SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve our website's search engine ranking and attract high-quality traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a deep dive into our website's SEO health through a comprehensive SEO audit.
- Leverage your keyword research expertise to identify relevant search terms that will drive qualified traffic to our site.
- Implement SEO best practices across all areas, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy that utilizes templates to enhance website authority and user engagement.
- Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to increase website trust and domain authority.
- Utilize analytics tools to closely monitor website traffic, search engine rankings, and key SEO metrics.
- Compile regular reports detailing progress, performance, and recommendations for further optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content marketing, development) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all aspects of the website.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO execution and strategy development.
- Proven track record of successfully improving website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO analytics tools and the ability to generate insightful reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to stay ahead of the SEO curve.
Bonus points:
- Experience with content creation and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with specific SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
