We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years in the field to lead strategic digital initiatives and drive impactful results across multiple channels. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to shape and execute digital strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligning with company objectives and focusing on maximizing ROI.
- Conduct in-depth market research to refine target audience personas, identify customer pain points, and understand online behavior.
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring budget effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and video) for diverse digital channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Grow and maintain a dynamic social media presence, developing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing, segmentation, and driving conversions.
- Utilize advanced marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance personalization, and improve campaign efficiency.
- Regularly analyze digital performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversions) to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Keep a pulse on digital marketing trends, innovations, and competitor strategies to stay competitive and proactive in our approach.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of leading and executing successful campaigns across channels.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media management platforms, email marketing software).
- Exceptional content creation skills with the ability to produce compelling and engaging material tailored to each platform.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Data-driven mindset with proven analytical abilities to measure success, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Collaborative team player, skilled at building relationships and working closely with internal teams (SEO, content marketing, product, sales).
