About the job Product Owner (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our product team and support the development of customer-centric digital products. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on, detail-oriented, and excited to work closely with engineering and design teams to turn ideas into shipped features.
You will focus on execution and delivery—owning the backlog, writing clear requirements, and ensuring the team is building the right things at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
-Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
-Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Work closely with engineering and design teams during sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
-Support product discovery activities such as user research, feedback analysis, and usability testing.
-Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality and alignment with product goals.
-Participate in sprint ceremonies and help remove blockers related to scope, requirements, or priorities.
-Collaborate with stakeholders (product, business, design, QA, operations) to align on priorities and expectations.
-Monitor basic product performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement.
-Assist with product launches by coordinating documentation, release notes, and internal communication.
-Stay curious about users, competitors, and industry trends to continuously improve the product.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar role.
-Basic technical understanding and comfort working with engineering teams.
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-Ability to write clear, structured user stories and requirements.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
