Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including project reports, financial records, and client feedback

- Develop and maintain databases to track and report on key performance indicators

- Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions and strategies

- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Develop and implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI

- Knowledge of SQL and database management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
